| Over the years there have been many attempts to ‘improve' the piano, for example by replacing some of the wooden action parts with plastic. (It didn't work, they cracked with age.) Other failed ideas include the Jensen piano, which had two keyboards, and a piano that had a keyboard resembling a typewriter! |
